We do real estate, that’s it! But we’re great at it. Founded in 2018, Mantalos Law provides client-centric boutique style legal representation for buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial property transactions. It’s a fancy way of saying we help you buy and sell houses in the easiest way possible.
We pride ourselves on customer service. Discontented with the larger mill-style title service firms, Mantalos Law was created with you in mind. We limit our client engagement so you are treated as our only client. Whatever questions you have and whenever you have them, we are available. Life is complicated, we’re easy.
We are located in the old Schrafft’s candy factory in Charlestown, MA (which we think is pretty sweet) but we love a good road trip so we handle transactions throughout Massachusetts.
