Zillow's $1 Million Dollar Cities - Massachusetts is well represented

You really wish they made more of it because real estate is not getting cheaper.  According to Zillow’s recent analysis released on January 13, 2020, our Nation now has 218 “$1 Million Cities”.  Massachusetts proudly boasts 13 of the communities.  Interestedly enough, according to the most recent census statistics Massachusetts accounts for 2.1% of the National population but boasts 6% of the Million Dollar Cities.

If trends continue, which appear almost a near certain, Massachusetts will have two more Million Dollar Cities by year end with Needham and Edgartown joining the ranks.
